What services do you offer?
Residential construction, commercial construction, renovations and extensions, and cyclonic upgrades and roofing. We also provide joinery and interior fit-out, project management and quantity surveying, structural assessment and engineering coordination, and subcontracting services.
Do you provide quotations?
Yes. Contact us to arrange an initial consultation. Once we understand your project, we'll provide a detailed, transparent quotation.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on the scale and complexity of each project. We provide a clear programme before work begins and keep you updated throughout the build.
Do you manage the entire project?
Yes. We manage everything from planning to completion, coordinating architects, engineers, trades, suppliers and approvals, with one point of contact throughout.
What standards do you build to?
Our approach combines New Zealand training and expertise with local knowledge. We build to the Fiji National Building Code and Fiji's cyclonic design standards.
Where do you operate?
We work across Pacific Harbour, Suva and throughout Fiji. For sites further afield, including the outer islands, contact us to discuss your project.
Can I visit the show home?
Construction of our show home at Lot 1163 VISI Circle, Pacific Harbour is underway. Register your interest and we'll let you know when viewings open.
